Delivery company left my new 900 lbs. hot tub on my driveway. I was concerned that it would fall over and hurt someone or get broken. Eric and his crew fit me into a busy schedule and alleviated all of my concerns. They did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished I would highly recommend them.

The repairman was a lovely person and did all that could be done to fix one whirlpool bath and gave me advice on the other. It would have required breaking through the dry wall which I wasn't willing to do to get the motor to repair it. They offered great resolutions that saved me hundreds of dollars. Great job!

I was having problems with my pool heater not firing up. They came out and determined it was the ignition board. They worked quickly and had it back up and running within an hour or so.

I've had SP Tech out 3 times and I've been happy with their service every time. I had a hard time even getting any pool service to come out. They all said they were too busy but SP Tech responded quickly and got me on the schedule and I didn't have to wait very long.
DeLondon is a nice guy and he's always done a good job communicating if they were running late, etc. I will definitely use them again in the future.
